Jack & Jill Wedding Shower
Does anyone have any ideas for wording on a Jack & Jill Wedding Shower invitation? We want it to include information that there will be a charge for the dinner so we can give money to the bride and groom as a gift. They will need to send a check with the RSVP card. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

I`D LIKE TO HOST A "HONEYMOON SHOWER" WHICH WOULD HELP THE COUPLE HAVE A GREAT HONEYMOON. I NEED IDEAS ON HOW TO WORD THE INVITES AND GET THE POINT ACROSS THAT CASH GAS COUPONS ETC WOULD BE APPRECIATED

For the Honeymoon shower maybe make up a poem something like this....
Jack and Jill will soon be married
Over the threshold she`ll be carried
But before they settle into wedded bliss
A honeymoon trip they will not miss
As friends and family of the two
Here is what you`re invited to do
Shower them with gifts for the trip
Need suggestions? Here`s a tip
They will be traveling on their own
Maybe cash, gas or a card for phone
Whatever you decide , I know
They will be excited you helped them to go
On the trip to get their marriage off to a start
They will thank you from the bottom of their heart!
One last thing before I end this today
The shower`s a secret, let`s keep it that way!
It`s not proper etiquette to ask for cash but if the bride and groom doesn`t know about it or ask personally I wouldn`t find it offensive... Hope this helps!

We just had a jack & jill money shower/bbq.
The ivitations said something like....
Bob & Annie are tying the knot
Let`s Shower them with Money for their Honeymoon Spot

I am also planning a Jack and Jill shower, for a second wedding, small affair (less than 80) and would like wording for the invitation if you can help. We would like a money tree / gift card for the bride and groom. Can anyone suggest something? Thanks
