HELP! My Parents Last Minute 25th Anniversary

Since I am the oldest of 3 (we are all still in school) it is my responsibility and I only have a $5,000 budget for my parents 25th Anniversary on June 9, 2007. I need help with everything! I only have the wedding cake and that is because my aunt owns a bakery. I think the most important thing is decorating the the church and the reception area (both at the same location). If a wedding planner in Dallas, TX can help me with only a $5,000 budget please contact. I do realize this is last minute so there may not be a wedding planner willing to help but if any vendors (food catering, Christian DJ, wedding invitations, etc.) can assist me please contact me.
