Help--Large Outdoor Wedding

I have a big family but not a big bank account---can anyone PLEASE tell me where I could have a wedding outdoors in the Twin Cities for 300+ guests (preferably with a shelter in case of rain) and that isn`t too expensive?? Any reception ideas for me ???????
