Who Should I Chose To Light My Sixteen Candles

I am going to be fifteen this year and i have always been taught to plan my sweet sixteen about a year in advanced and i am having trouble picking 16 people to light my candles so far i have
1. My mom and dad
2. My 2 brothers and sister
3. My boyfriend
4. My 4 best friends
5. My godmother and god father
6. My little cousin
7. My aunt and uncle
And then i need 9 more and they can be groups
