Ibex Weddings Is A Fraud

My daughter skated in the Hoffman Estates Park District Ice Show last year in May, 2006, and the park district used this company, IBEX, to film the ice show. Many people had ordered DVDs of the show, and as of today, no one has received threir DVDs and no one has contacted us to let us know what is going on. Does anyone have any new info?

Yes, have you talked with Patti Brinkley? When my business was failing... She (i thought kindly) offered to have me send the school a master and they would duplicate them. It`s only a kind gesture on their part, if they actually DID it. Seeing as they obviously did not follow through on their offer to help me. Anyone who ordered a show.... Scan and email a canceled check or receipt and a copy will be sent to you. I have heard from almost no one from this show so i assumed the DVDs where received.

When are you going to email me back and tell me when I am going to receive my video? It will be a year on July 22,2006! We just passed 10 months and your contract said 9 months! I dont want my money back I just want my video or the raw footage so I can have it done!!! That is a day I wanted to be able to show my kids when they are older but wont be able to because the videographer we hired wont supply us with our video. I have sent you MANY MANY emails only to get a couple of responses back. I have them all printed and have proof. Your responses are one word or one sentences but they NEVER answer the questions I have. This is the last step I am taking before my lawyer will start making the next steps. I have given you my new address and now I have to post a comment on a message board to get anything from you!! Obviously you have a lot of times on your hands to post replies to all these people that have petty issues with you. How about post replies to the people that have paid you large amounts of money only to NOT see their product they paid for!?

We were married on July 15th, 2006. We haven`t had contact with these people since the wedding. We realized when we were attempting to send him photos for a montage that he had disappeared. I have the contact information for his landlord from the Champaign, Illinois address. He said that he left a lot of stuff behind, including tapes, and I was more than welcome to come down and look through the storage unit. He also said that he had lost contact with Alex since his house had been repossessed. He also had the names of several couples who had stopped by the address looking for Alex. We are interested in pressing charges and would like to find a safe way to collect other couples information.

Have people really been getting their raw footage?? That`s all I really want...

Reading through other peoples posts it looks as though they are receiving them slowly. There is a Neha girl on here that orginally wrote this post and I believe she just received hers a couple of days ago. Her wedding was in Sept. So if her wedding was in Sept and ours was in July why wouldnt we be receiving ours first? I believe she threatened a little more than we did and he wanted that to end so he got her stuff to her. So you havent had ANY response since your wedding? I have a had a couple but they are all very short and they NEVER answer my BIG question of when I am going to receive my videos! If he doesnt have time to do all of these videos I just dont understand why he cant just send us the raw videos of them that is all I want. I dont want my money back! I guess this Neha has been in contact with the FBI also. I have emailed Neha and some others on here also to help. I have a picture of him from our wedding. This is Patti Brinkley...had ALex Pearl been honest and done as we had requested we could have contacted every skater family that ordered a DVD but since he failed to submit a copy of all the families that ordered a DVD it is very difficult for me to know who ordered a DVD. Please if you were a skater at the Hoffman Estates Park District ICe Arena in May 2006 and you have not received a DVD please contact me at the rink and I will be happy to provide one to you. Again had Alex Pearl submitted a list of families I could have contacted everyone involved. It was HIS fault not ours.
