Wanted: Monique Lhuillier "Jacqueline"

I am getting married in January `08. I am looking for an all white Monique Lhuillier "Jacqueline", or at least that`s what I think it is called. It is a lace top that crosses in the front, with cap sleeves and a satin skirt. I am also looking for the sash to go with it. This is my absolute dream dress.
