Miami Caterer - Not Recommended

I feel its only fair that I warn those brides out there that might be planning an event in the Miami area about a catering company called "A Fancy Fiesta Productions".

I recently had an event catered by them and the first problem encountered was the lack of communication between the coordinator and myself. I was not able to get a hold of her and when I did it was only after many attempts and messages.

The menu and pricing are very tempting, which is what made me believe I was going to get a wonderfu deal. However, much to my dismay, the items I ordered and the items I received were quite the opposite of their descriptions on the company website.

I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction with their service and still have not received an apology for the horrendous job they did. I cannot fathom how a catering business would not care to respond and at least attempt to explain what they did which could have potentially ruined my event, had I not prepared some food myself! Any reputable caterer would NOT have sent the atrocious display of what they called food to ANY event knowing full and well it was unacceptable.

Therefore, I would NOT suggest using this company.
