I have many email`s from you showing NO response. Over the seven month time period, you did not respond many times to my email`s or my husband`s emails. I can show many threatening messages from you. And if you are so true to your response, then why don`t you post how you would have the video in six months as indicated. And why don`t I have a completed, edited video in hand when indicated in an email that it would take you approximately two weeks to complete in January. Also, notice the email that you sent that message from. It wasn`t until I started emailing EVERY address I had from you did I get any gleam of a message.
You need to remove my email from your website along with the my receipt of the package.
I have choosen not to respond to the forum at this time due to the turn it has taken. This was not the intent of this forum to bash anyone but yet to find you, receive what we have paid for, and stop you from doing this to someone else. The fact that there are many brides that have not received video`s since 2005, indicates that you have not fullfilled contracts with them. It is of my opinion, that you should NOT have collected future contracts until you could complete the one`s you already had.
Also, in my email`s to you, even the one posted, I have a confidentiality statement at the bottom of the message. You are violating that statement in the message. I highly suggest you remove the statement.
I am not going to be part of this message board due to the nature of this content from this point forward. I have other individual`s email addresses and I have remained in contact with them.

Of course you are departing this board. You still don`t explain why you choose to make that false statement. Your post did NOTHING to even try to explain that. How can you possibly explain your initial post... You can`t.

You can`t make a public claim of fraud based on a complete fabrication and then cry foul when defend myself and I prove you based it on a complete lie.

In regards to the personal attacks, perhaps bad and not fair, but in the very least they prompted him to finally reply, albeit always with a sense that he has the right to blame the customer and take you all for suckers.

If anyone honestly thinks he won’t start doing this again tomorrow so long as he can get away with it, why wouldn’t he? His business model actually seems pretty good (for the ethically challenged): Collect lots of money, deliver if not too inconvenient, give in to a few who press him - move on.

Unless this guy lands in front of a judge, Neha’s second purpose to her initial post“…to stop you from doing this to someone else” will be a good joke to him. He is the only one in all these postings to use the word “funny” …and a few times at that. I don’t think he can help himself.

I hate to inform you that she did not lie; please provide the phone records that provides proof you did return our multiple calls over the 7 month period she mentioned in her postings. Providing us the raw footage is not fulfilling the terms and conditions of our contract; it is just trying to buy you time and give you a a false sense that you held up your end. Posting confidential information was not not a smart move on your end. IF you would have fulfilled the terms of the contract by providing the edited copies of the tapes on January 29, 2007 you would have stayed in line with the contract. Plain and simple you are pissed you got called out, period. I am not sure what all my wife told you she would or wouldn`t do if we got the raw footage but that was not me and I am the one that paid for you to come and video tape our Sangeet and Wedding and give us finished footage by January 29, 2007; you didnt and still haven`t to date. For someone who is so honest I wonder why there were so many dead ends trying to get VERBAL communication with you. I am going to live up to my end of what I told you earlier, this is going legal either though individual lawsuits or a class action suit. Alex make this easier on yourself please provide me your personal address so I can serve you with this suit; I will be more reasonable with my request the more you cooperate. IF you continue to hide behind PO Boxes then I will request the judge to scrutinize this situation in more detail. As for the contract you signed with the soon to be Bride in December please return her money as a jesture of good faith that you are trying to make a step in an ethical direction.

As I told you before if you feel I/we illegally threatened you or we did not hold up our end of the contract please feel free to file with the State of Illinois you have our home address to serve me. Posting confidential information without our authorization is illegally; you werent even forthcoming with past customers as referances becuase you said that was confidential information. Our request was to ensure you were legit what you did was unethical, illegal and down right stupid.

Jamey, what possible explanation do you have for the statement she did not lie? I proved such. With the email communication i posted. She said we where not in contact for 7 months and it was not true. She even thanked me for returning her messages. You have been threatening me since about 3 weeks after the wedding. You keep going back and forth, But I haven`t heard either Neha or Jamey,her husband? actually provide any reason why Neha would make that statement when it wasn`t true. Alex posted her email, if they where talking via email like that, shortly before her post, the post is pretty obviously not true. She made a very plain statement that she had not heard from him. I am not saying she couldn`t have complained, but to dupe us into believing she hadn`t heard from the guy in 7 months. That`s kinda low.

I see you disregard all the other questions; to answer yours, she is a pissed of wife/bride that errored by a few weeks. The email we recieved on February 2, 2007 put you out of the terms and conditions of the contract. On February 2, 2007 you said it would take 2 weeks, that time frame came and went. Another month+ came and went and you did not attempt to rectify this again until SHE contacted you again. Then at the end of the month she finally made a post on this site. IF you want to be techinical since you are trying to grasp on minimal irrevelant points she did not lie becuase where in that posting did it say 7 contiguous months? Either way you were out of contract on the date of the February 2, 2007 email. As I asked you before if you are sooo confident you are in the right please post everyones communication you or your employees have had since being hired up to today on your website after you recieve everyones permission. The truth lies there. If we are in the wrong you will see a retraction / apology submitted by us; I cant speak for the others. This still doesnt address you being out of contract and only since we took an aggressive path to get some form of progress with you.

Before other people jumped into this message board with some other personal attacks or truth against you I am not here to judge. There are people who have tried for great periods of time trying to get results from you and to date I am not sure if any of the true grievance parties that have posted still have not received their finished edit tapes as defined in each contract as well as on your past website before you started shutting down all the sites and changed it to a statement / contact page. How many have you fulfilled? Please reread my last email and respond to the questions I asked you. As for regard to the Slander comment, it is spoken not written; if you think that slander is a form of defense you need to take that up with the news station who aired the story.

You have now been delivered all of your raw footage, many DVDs. Something that was neither ordered or paid for. I did so after caving to Neha to try to appease her.

Again, lets discus that contract. I need to know specifically where it is written I would have it to you by the date you state?

Jamey, You should have Neha inspect her sent mail folder. I have inspected the email from top to bottom and despite prior claims there is absolutely no such confidentiality statement. There is nothing illegal about me posting her email to show that we were in fact in contact. I even went so far as to X out her private contact info, although I don`t think that was a requirement.
Why are you so upset with the readers of this board seeing that email anyway? Your main point about the email was that was is was CONFIDENTIAL.
Regardless of the picture you have painted of me, I am more than reasonable and will calmly discus any contract term you wish to address.

Alex, I dont really understand what`s going on and i dont really want to. I do think its really rude that people are using this forum for personal issues. I can only speak for myself. Over the last 3 weeks i have reached out to you about 5 times and tried calling all your various phone numbers and i haven`t heard a response. My first thought was you must be very busy but CLEARLY you have time to write many posts on this website. I sent you a deposit for $500 in December and its disappointing to see that you were scamming me. You may think differently but i do feel cheated because i really trusted you based off of my own personal experience with you. I really am not out to get you and dont want to cause trouble for you. I would just like to kindly ask that you return my $500 deposit since you are not taking on any additional projects. I really hope you can respect my wishes.
