13th B-Day Party

Hey my 13th birthday is coming up and i want to have an awsome party beacaue i am moving to a new school next year and i want all my friends to have a great time boy and girl. But im on a low buget and its 2 weeks away and i have a ton of friends. All of my friends are mature and want some thing fun but not chessy and it cant be at my house.... PLEASE HELP ME as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!
