Cheap Wedding Decorations For Poles
My daughters reception is being held in the basement of a church. There are support poles there and the wedding party and this room is relatively small. I need ideas of how to decorate these poles for the receptions. I have a lot of large tooling bows. The poles are not large in diameter. I haven`t seen them they are in KY and I am in TX. Any help would be appreciated. Reba

I would think taking a thick ribbon or even color coordinating streamers and wrap them in a criss-cross pattern and put the bows at the top about six or seven inches or so from the ceiling. Thats probably about the only thing that would look halfway decent. Good Luck!!!

Auctually my item is "half way decent" also. I would rape them w/ tulle, or you know the rose garland you see in craft stores they would look really pretty too. =0)

Hi, for the poles you could wrap around the poles that sheer material with the ivy and white lights. The material you could get the color of the wedding and any fabric store should have it. Put lights under the sheer fabric and ivy on top, then you could turn lights out and have a soft glow in the room.
