Dress Needed

Hi I am planning a wedding in Hawaii for September. It will be small and simple so I don`t want anything too fancy. I have a couple of dresses that I like and are considered Prom dresses but that is the style and color that I would like to wear but can`t really get the dress the way I would like to. I am in Riverside, Ca and am looking for someone to make a dress similar. Please help...
