Shopping Bag Shaped Balloons??

We are doing a "Shopping" Theme Bat Mitzvah and need balloons. Any ideas on where to get some shaped like shopping bags?

I do not have the balloons but I have some really cool centerpieces for sale. I can send photos. The decorator I used can do the balloons reasonable. Where are you located?
