I Want To Be An Actress

I have wanted to be an actress for as long as I can remember. I have a lot of potential and I can change my emotion on the spot my parents are not able to help me but I want this more than anything. I am 11 and I will be 12 in october but I havn`t found a lot of options for a girl in north carolina. I have brown hair with blonde streaks and my eyes are green. This is my dream please anyone help me!
