Beautiful Yellow Dress

I watched the movie "how to lose a guy in 10 days" and i fell in love with the yellow dress she was wearing!! I was wondering if there was any possibility that you would have that dress, or could make that dress for me in a plus size. Its for my senior ball, it would be my last dance of the year before i go to college. I would love to have this dress.
