Does Anyone Know The Designer Of This Dress??

I found this dress on a website for a company that I assume does remake dresses of designer dresses. I don`t want a remake of this dress.........want the real thing!! DOES ANYONE RECOGNIZE THE TRUE DESIGNER OF THIS DRESS?????
