Sweet Sixteen Helpppppp

I am 15 and planning my sweet sixteen. I just moved from another state and want a party that no one will ever forget. My budget is about 10 thousand dollars and i want it to me an amazing night. I want a theme and i was thinking either havana nights or winter wonderland. I am Cuban so havana nights would work out well. I was thinking of making that kind of like a 20`s Havana club theme with a virgin pina colada and margarita bar and a regular dj but one song with performers, maybe bongo players and salsa dancers with fruits on their heads!!! Im very excited and open to changes. I also thought a winter wonderland would be nice because i live in Florida and my birthday is in the winter. This could have all blue and white themed decorations and ice and fake snow at the end. I am open to change and would really appreciate any suggestions for themes or more ideas for the themes i have. Please help meeeee!! :]
