How Am I (a Single Mom) Supposed To Afford All Of This??

I am a single mom of a disabled child who is opting to pay for my own wedding, but the budget just goes up and up. I am a bargain hunter and have bought almost everything from the dollar store and other discount stores, but im lost in the frenzy. If anyone can help in anyway let meknow. Thank u!

My fiences family has not offered any help and my beau is a little reluctant to ask for help. His parents are both divorced and remarried. So we should have plenty of help. This is not 1940 and my parents shouldnt be burdend with the entire bill. They have atleast offered me a little help. My fience makes a little less money than I do and i dont make great money, so im basically stuck with the bill. What can i do?

I have almost everyting under control, but I want to make sure i guess. I have photo and video and i have ideas for favors. I am trying to go as cheaply as possible but everything adds up so fast!

I need everything except photo and video basically. I have lots of ideas just Money is the main issue as far as affording it. The church could cost close to1000. Im not cathoic and was married before. Its crazy! Any help or ideas would be great. I think my biggest problem now is invitations and bridal party gifts. ...

Hello,
What kind of ideas did you have in mind for favors? I do custom decorated sugar cookie favors and for brides on a budget, I am offering to do them for cost (depending on the size of the cookie, it averages about $1/each individually packaged).
This is a business I`m just getting into, so the benefit to me here is the exposure. If you`d like to talk about it, or would like me to send you pictures and/or samples, let me know!
(P.S. - I know first hand how expensive a wedding can get! Yikes!)

I am thinking of doing a candy bar and maybe cd`s. Someone suggested sugar cookies and I was considering. The only thing is my wedding is 8-23-08 so I cant order them too soon or they will be extrememly stale LOL

Haha!! Of course not! They would be baked fresh and shipped to you about 5 days before the wedding. (Properly packaged, they can last up to 3 weeks)
If its something you`re interested in, please keep my information. I`d be happy to work with you!
