Prince Charming & His Dwarf Bride

Hello There,

I am currently experiencing some major dilemmas in my wedding plans...I am 3`3" (little person, dwarf, or midget...whatever term you prefer) and my fiance is 6`4" so there arethings that have come up which make pulling our wedding off a little more difficult. For example, the following are a few things:

1.) photographs (I really don`t want to look like a kid in my wedding photos.
2.) The actual ceremony itself (I will in essence be standing crotch level with him)

These things aren`t issues that we deal with daily, but I am in need of advice on ideas to work around them?

Anyone got any?

I hope I can help, at least with the photography and videgraphy part of this.

What I would suggest when doing photos together would be to have him sitting or kneeling. The photographer can focus the pictures on the upper body and there is no way any would be able to tell the height difference. During the ceremony, perhaps try using alter in front you both where again, he can kneel or sit and the focus is on the upper body. Also, the photographer can try different depth of fields, having you close to the camera and your fiance further away. It is not a perfect solution (although, I think those shots are beautiful in general) they should help. Also, you might want to arrange a photo engagement session to make sure your photographer will work and experiment with achieving the results you want. I hope this helps some. Most of all, I just hope yu enjoy our wedding and know there are ways to make the photos work. It just takes some creativity and desire to give you the best. :)

Congratulations to you and your fiance.
