Quinceanera Video And Photography Combo

Does anyone offer, or know of someone professional who is able to do both phography and videography for my niece`s quienceanera (sweet 15) for anywhere around $600. I am looking for some type of package deal, i just dont want to get stuck with the photographer I used for my other niece, his rate is normally around 640 for both, that includede video of the ceremony, plus some of the party until after the waltz. Plus 1 16`20 pic with frame, and 10 8`10, and some 5`9 proofs. Its an excellent rate, but his manner was not suitable to the guest, he was extremely rude and pushy, and him and his wife were dressed as if they were about to go to the gym, not go to a formal occassion. The party will take place in the los angeles area.
