Traditional Type Church Wedding

Does anyone know the number of brides maids and groomsmen typically used in a church wedding and the other titles for everyone else like flower girls and maid of honor stuff like that ? I am getting married 7-7-07 and need help to figure out what title the parties get and how many are reasonable to use.... Also does anyone know where to find the usual seating arrangements for both the wedding at the church and later the reception?
