Bad Vendor Wedding Invitations

I can`t believe it - I had the same problem. Well, my bridesmids did. They used them for my shower invites, with nothing but problems. I wanted the discount for my wedding invites, but they warned me not to use them. We found another online company that offered the 30% discount for our wedding invitations - www.allpaperproducts.com. They were awesome. I would completely use them again. My parents wanted bilingual invites - and these people were so helpful, told us which invites would work, which didn`t have enough printing room for dual language. VERY helpful, which is what you need during this stressful time!

Whatever you do, do NOT use Princess Inivitations for anything . I spent over $300 ordering wedding invitations and they turned out fine. When I went to order more products from them, however, I got no response to my emails and ordered from somewhere else. When they finally processed my request they charged my credit card without authorization. When I talked with the owner about a refund she refused to give it to me, lied about sending a confirmation, was overall incredibly nasty, and even yelled at me and my mother. You`d be much better off working with someone else. I used for seals and the woman there was fabulous! I highly recommend them.

If your Credit Card was charged without your Authorization Contact the Company & dispute this Charge They will put a hold on their Payment or even request that the owner Repay them the amount in Question. Also Contact the BBB in the State the reside in.
