NEED Cheap OFFCIANT ASAP

This is serious i need an officiant to marry me on August 18,2007 in chicago area or all of this planning is a waste. I have looked everywhere but iam on the smallest budget ever. I need someone who can do it for a 100.00 donation. I dont care what faith as long as its legal. I have ro marry this man before he goes to iraq again. I understand money is important but i doubt thats why you became men of the lord.
