Receipe For Rolled Fondant And Buttercream Fondant

Hello:

I am taking the wilton fondant course and am very disappointed to find out that fondant is only for appearance and that the majority of people won`t eat it. I am looking for receipes for rolled fondant, marshmellow fondant and buttercream fondant. I would appreciate if someone could help me.
