This is so cool of you to try and do for your mom and soon to be step-dad. In order for us to help you out, can you let us know what city and state you are located in? Also, don`t forget to ask other relatives and friends for help on planning this. Maybe your mom or a friend has a house where the wedding can take place. Do you have any friends that are really creative and can make decorations? Don`t be afraid to ask those around you for help, I am a stranger and I am so impressed with you, I am sure your relatives and friends will feel the same way and want to you help you as much as possible. :)
