Video For Sweet 16

I am in central new jersey and I am looking for someone to do raw footage video for my daughter`s sweet sixteen on April 20, 2007, from 8-12 p.m. I`m not looking for any fancy editing, etc., just getting the special moments recorded. What I`m looking for is actually what I can do myself, but don`t want to see the party through a lens all night. I would even like a student. I`m trying to keep the cost under $400 .
