13th Birthday Party =)

Here`s the deal, I`m turning 13 in three months, so I have a while still to plan for it. I`m on a pretty tight budget here but I still wanna have fun!
I don`t know whether I want only a few friends or a lot, or whether it will boy/girl. Can you guys give me some ideas?
I can`t do much in my backyard, either, because it`s pretty small and because I live in a suburb I wouldn`t be able to play music outside.
Oh, and my friends and I aren`t that girly, so I`m not too sure about makeovers and stuff.
I know I have so many restrictions! =( But help would seriously be appreciated.
