Elmo

I live in Brooklyn, NYand would like to have elmo at my granddaughter`s 1st birthday party. I keep running into copy right issues. Can some one point me in the direction of a place that rents (or I will purchase) the emlo outfit?

I will take any advise I can get right now. Thanks.
