Seeking Michelle Roth`s "Maya" Gown Sz 4

Hi. I came across a sample of this dress in a size 4. It has a small tear in the front on the chest, but I have patches of the fabric with the polka dots and a dot can easily be patched on to cover the tear. The dress is a sample and so has seen some wear. But there are no stains or noticeable marks. It would be up to you if you wanted to have it lighty cleaned. It wouldn`t take much.
