Don`t Know What To Call It

I need your help. I want to create (or have created) a CD/DVD where the snapshots of staff members heads are put on the bodies of singers from the 50`s and 60`s. Then the heads of people will look like they are first speaking and then singing because the lips are opening and closing. Songs would be from the 50`s and 60`s but would just be snipits of the songs and the words would be slightly changed. So instead of our assistant principal "singing" Sherry, he would be "singing" "Retirement" but to the sound of Sherry. This probably sounds confusing but I have this whole idea in my head. I don`t know if this is something I can do or if special equipment is needed. Please help me with this retirement party I am setting up. Oh , by the way, the party is May 12, 2007. Thanks, Beth!!
