American Bridal procducts are a scam. Please use extreme caution when purchaing anything "personalized". We just received four flasks (groomsmen gifts) in the mail and they are really poor quality. However, we cannot return them because they claim they are personalized, even though they come out of a warehouse with the letter on them. They claim they cannot be resold because there is one letter monogrammed on them. It is a total scam and I would never order from their website again. Beware that their items are nothing but trash.
