Need Things For My Wedding

My fionce and i are shooting for getting married on the 15 of september, and we are young and have little money and a tight budget. I was just wondering if anyone could help us out. The colors we chose are blue and white. Anything will be greatly appreciated, thank you so much for helping make my wedding day as special as he is to me!
