My Experience With Rogers And Holland
My fiancee bought my engagement ring at rogers and holland the week before valentines day of 2007, the night he proposed the center stone fell out while I was sleeping. I took my ring in, they damaged it out and gave me a new one. The new ring has had to be fixed twice since, and the jeweler that fixed it, somehow changed the colors of the stones. You can`t even tell what stone my ring is now. Now they want me to exchange it, and pay 200-300 dollars more than what my fiancee paid to begin with, and that is only cause my fiancee went off on them. Before he went in to the store, they were telling me it was my imagination as to the problems I am still having with my ring, and with the altered stone colors.
My advice, go somewhere else.

I purchased a ring from Rogers and Holland the week before Valentine`s Day also. I took it in to have it sized and the day I was to pick it up, someone called from the store to say my stone had been damaged during the sizing process and they would order another ring and call when it was in. They called to say the ring was ready and when I went to pick it up the store was a much lighter stone than the on I purchased. I told them I purchased the ring because I liked the dark color and I didn`t like the light color. They then told me they would order in a few more and call me to choose the one I want before they size it. If I get any satisfaction this time, I will never go back there again.
