I can be contacted at Lioness81970@aol.com. My day is coming up pretty quick.....May 31st. I need to get started on centerpiece decorations and the bridesmaid bouquets. I just actually came back from Wal - Mart and was suprised to find that they had a wedding section. They even have premade bouquets. I think I will actually buy mine from there - they were under $20 and BEAUTIFUL. I still need to figure out how to make the bridesmaid ones. I want to make the bouquets that they carry in their arms - I think they are called the "presentation" bouquets?? ANy help that I could get I would GREATLY appreciate!!

For my bridesmaids, I am just using a single flower. For example I am having daisies and roses in my bouquet. The maid of honor is carrying one of each and then the bridesmaids will each have a single daisy in the colors that are in my bouquet with a ribbon tied around the stem.

I am doing up my own "boquets" for my bridesmaids. I am using artifical flowers and doing up what is called a kissing ball. It is so simple: get a styrofoam ball (whatever size you want - i am using one 14 inches in diameter) get your silk flowers and using wire cutters cut the flowers off the stalk leaving about 1-2 inches of stem attached only. Put a small dab of glue on the remaining bit of stem and shove it into the ball. Cover the entire ball with the flowers. Attach a ribbon loop with push pins so they have something to hang onto. I am also pushing in small glass bubbles and ribbon that i looped into bows. I am using hydrangeas although you could use any flower you want. They look very pretty and can be used for decorations afterwards. They are also very easy to make. Hope this helps some of you for ideas!

I don`t know what your budget is like and I don`t think I can beat the Walmart bouquets, but I found a wholesale floral website that has excellent excellent prices....something like 125$ (US currency) for 250 roses and plus they have a nice variety of flowers. Much better than actual florists and you can get a good bit more than you would anyway. Http://www.flowerfarmstogo.com
Hope this helps.
