But don`t know where to go from there. If any one can help me in explaining everything( in detail) that is needed to plan and hold a quincenera please help me! And if any one knows about a quincenera book of edict or something of the sort please help me out. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Hey!
Well, my quinceanera is going to be in two months. I basically have everything ready. Well, first of all you need to make a list of all the things that you will be needing. One list of the traditional gifts, one of the things for the celebration. And one for the things needed for the party. It`s alot of things so, give me your email address and we can get in contact like that. I`ll be glad to help you!

Ok this is what u need to do. Did u deterine a budget? if not do so asap. Set ur date.if u already know where u want the mass, just ask ur preist if hes doind the ceremony for u. You also NEED transportation. If u want, get a limo for getting all or ur court to ur house. The court is ur court of honor. Many people do 14 girls and escorts for them. The girls are called damas. But im doing 7 girls and 7 guys so that im number 15. I think that is better. Decide on ur padrinos. They pay for the cake. Decide on ur theme and the main color (the color of the dresses for ur damas). Book a photographer and a videographer. If u havent done so already, ppick ur court of honor and ur hoor ecot. That is ur partner. Start shopping for ur dress nine months before. Choose and order the dresses and tuxedos for ur court of honor and honor escort. Hire a choreographer for the dance. Most people do the traditional waltz but u can do any other dance like the salsa of merengue. Make sure u have enough seats and food and everything else for ur guest. 6 months before, choose and order ur invitations. Also find someone to do any allterations on ur dress if thats needed. 3 months before, finalize ur guest list and start adressing ur invitations. Call ur photographer and musicians if ur going to have any to go oer details. And make SURE u ordered ur dress. Cuz u know some people forget. Lol start mailling ur invitations 4 weeks before ur quinceaner. No earlier cuz people might loose them. Make appointments for ur hair, makeup, and nails 2 months before. Also start preparing ur speech to thank ur family and quest. One month before. Have a formal picture done with u wearing ur dress. Then purchase ur gifts for ur court of honor. Selesct music for the type oddance ur going to do. Then finish any allterations on ur dress is needed. One week before the quince contact all of the guest that have not responded, so that they dont show and they are not on the list. Then confirm the guest total with ur caterer. Give the musician orders as to when to start playing music. And make a list of items for the church like candels, gifts and bibles ect. On the day of th quinceanera, have people decorate the reception site. And in this case just have some people go to ur house and decorate. Have ur hair and makeup and nailsdoone before ur church cerny so dont have it too early in the morning. Have someone prepare the seating chart and place cards for all of ur guest. Make sure to eat a good breakfast because ur ot sure whens the next timeur going to eat. Have someone keep an emergency kit with pantyhose, bandaids, makeup, and a mini sewing kit just incase something goes wrong. Get a checklist of items for the reception. Like nything at u had there. And last but not least, have fun and relax... Its ur Quinceanera. If u have any questions just email me at boricuabyotch659@aim.com
