HELP!!! I NEED A WHITE/ BLACK WEDDING DRESS

I have been looking and loking for my dress. I had one picked out that I love. It is one of the Alfred Angelo dream in color dresses.

But the more I thought about it I know I will not be able to wear it. I NEVER wear sleaveless and hate my arms. So I started to look for one with some sleves but so far this is all I have found. Bonny style 1502 but in white and black
