What are party favors for? How do you use them?
When are they used?

Party favors are just little token gifts that commerate your wedding day! You (hostesses) give them to those that have taken time out of their busy schedule to help you celebrate "your big day!"--Party favors can be from very simple to very elaborate--it`s up to you!
My wedding is coming up on March 22, and I created all of my own favors!! It was very fun, and if you have a few friends to help it is not that very time consuming!

Hi Linda,
I am getting married on July 10, 2003. This is my second marriage, but my first was just a simple wedding. I know absolutely nothing about these little favors. If I could just a few little hints. I heard something about these little boxes with mints in them.
I have made all my own wedding invitations, reply cards.

Susan - what I did was do a search for "wedding favors" and it came up with a whole bunch of ideas. I chose to make little bubble favors. What I did was I picked up the mini bubbles - you can find them at Wal-Mart or Michael`s or any party supply store. They are pretty inexpensive - I paid $4 for a box of 24. I also bought some ribbon and a mesh covering. I printed out some little labels from my computer with our names, wedding date and the message "Thank you for sharing our day" and attached them with the ribbon and the novelty gold wedding rings. The end result was pretty and well within th budget that I had set. Now I have a question for you. When you made your invitations, was there a specific program you used and where did you get the paper from?
