I searched the internet for weeks and the cheapest price I found was at flowersandsupplies.com. The 20" vases are $4.70, 24" are $6.75 and 28" are $9.30.

Oops. That was my second best price. With shipping those would be about $8.20 at the Bridal Discount.place.
My best price was for 24 inch ones, one dozen, at the Ebay store, `WHOLESALE Event Solutions`, for $49.96 plus $26.80 shipping. That is about $6.40 each. You will have to wait out an auction to get the price, but it looks lke they are going at this price consistently. Good luck.
