BIG PROBLEM
Well, this is my problem i had called a to a place in my location and had some napkins engraved they were subpose to say"Nathan >sign-"doubleheart" Amanda April 26th 2003
Well, when i got down there 2 weeks later they said
Nathan"doubleheart" Amanda August 18th 2003!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was sooooo upset i told them i want my refund( i had pay by credit card over the phone when placed my order.
They said "this is what you ordered this is what you get."
Some one messed up my order.
I know this location is very popular onwedding party things . I asked to speak to the manager and she told me the same thing, she wasnt refunding my money of $48
WHAT AM I GOING TO DO, i have these napkins that have the wrong date on them, i dont have the extra money to have more made at a diffrent location . Are funds were VERY short (1,500) when we made are date.=0(
Does any one know of any ideas of making my napkins at least look good.
Uuuugghhhhh im emotional upset please help

If you paid by credit card, and didn`t get what you ordered, simply call or write (writing is better) the credit card company and dispute the charge. I believe all major credit card companies will see that you get your money back under these circumstances...they will simply not pay the vendor. But I would take care of this ASAP. Good luck!

I agree that you should contact the credit card company but if it was awhile ago that you placed the order, it is probably too late...you should also think about calling the business and telling them that if no refund is made then you will be contacting your local newspaper to write a forum letter to the editor (most newspapers allow this) and that you will report their actions to the entire reading public. Also alert them that you will be contacting the Better Business Bureau (you can find the number on the internet, they take these matters very serioiusly), most of the time a simple threat will do the trick, because they will see you`re serious. If they think they can bully you around then they will. Try and remember the person`s name that you placed the order with also...If nothing happens, follow through with your threats at least you may save someone else the same heartache as you had by reporting them.

P.S. Let this poor girls problem be a lesson to everyone who reads this...never pay upfront for anything that will have writing on it with a spacific date and time, etc. You should always recieve a pre-print copy of your order before they actually place it. REQUEST it if they don`t offer it upfront. If they won`t work with you, they probably aren`t worth the trouble and you`d be better off going someplace else. No since letting a terrible company ruin your big day.
