Trying To Find A Large Place To Rent For The Weekend

I am a regular at a local LAN event, we had oour 8th anual even planned for the 16th-18th of this month however we overbooked and are now either forced to cancel the event or find a larger place. We need room for atleast 18 people but preferably more, it realy isn`t a huge place we require, simply room to set up 18 computers and room enough to set up sleeping bags (in the past we used tents but I doubt the outdoor space will be available). Does anyone know or have any ideas about a place in Austin TX that would rent a place like this for 3 days?
