Jovani is the manufacturer. I believe this IS the original designer of the gown. In previous years, it was an exact duplicate of the dress, though this year`s version (new model) has some sequins on the straps. Go to Jovani`s website and search for a retailer in your area. They should be able to order it for you. Good luck!
