Quince In April And Have Nothing

I would like some help, my niece` quinceanera will be on April 19, she has mentioned she doesn`t want a big party, she actually want that money for a car on her 16, but we want her to hava at least a little get togheter with her closest friends. Any ideas for an improvised party. PLEASE HELP.

My daughters friend did the limo deal, get some friends together, get a limo, hit the town and dinner...much cheaper route! Wish my daughter would have chose this....
