I Need A Sweet Sixteen Theme

Ok, my parents just surprised me by allowing me to have a big fancy sweet sixteen. One problem i cannot come up with a theme. I want like a upscale designer party with like chanel, dolce gabbana, dior, louis vuitton big designers like that. Or an elegant beach theme, because I love the beach. But I really want to go with the upscale designer party, any ideas?
