Misha Wedding Gown

What size are you looking for? I have a Misha for sale that i wore at my wedding still in pristine condition. Us size 6.

I am looking for a Maggie Sattero "Misha" gown. I prefer light gold, but am open to any I can find. I need a size 12 or 14..but a 10 may work depending on whether the skirt has been previously altered.

If you go to the maggie sottero website it lists stores that carry their line. You just need to make a few phone calls. Good luck

I tried the website but the Misha gown has been discontinued and they no longer carry it. That is why I was wondering if anyone had one.

Hi Brandy, The dress i am selling is Misha size US 6 (uk 10) in diamond white. The Bodice and detachable train are unaltered. The skirt had 2 small darts put into the waist but can be removed. I also got extra beads/sequiens from M.S and had them put on the fishtail part of the skirt. The length is unaltered as i am tall. I also have for the matching cathedral length veil witha crystal teardrop and diamonte spray. Make me an offer. Must pay shipping from UK.

Yes, the Misha gown was discontinued in October of 2006, but like those of us who just got engaged this year, I just recently started looking for my wedding dress. I saw the Misha gown in gold and thought it was perfect for my style and skin color . I`ve been lookin throughout the US and abroad for anyone with this gown in S size 12, 14, 16, or even 18 who is willing to sellin it. I know I`ll have to get it altered. At this point, I may have top just opt to have a replica made. I found a place that will make the recplica for $195 ( yes, all 2 pieces with the heavy satin and the exact beading and embroidery). That price even included shipping. I figured for that price, I might try them.

The Misha Gown is three piece. Fishtail skirt, detachable train (fastens round waist under the bodice) and bodice. Just thought you should know if you were having it made. Otherwise the skirt will look A-line and not the original figure hugging style, depends on your taste and body shape.

Yes, its a 3-piece. I saw the mistake once I posted ( classroom full of 1st graders rattling .y nerves!!) One bridal store told me its available as a mermaid skirt or A-line. I prefer the mermaid. Just one more question, though: Do these run a size smaller than your normal "street clothes" like typical bridal gowns? Just curious since I think I found one in size 12. I wear size 12 normally, so I guess that means I need to drop to a 10...Is that correct?? If my Maggie Misha is a size 12, my clothes size should probably be size 10?? I still have time to drop more weight to get into the gown. Let me know

I normally wear a size 4-6 and found that the size 6 was loose on my waist and tight on my hips and soo had the darts put in and lost a few pounds. The fit of the dress makes it impossible to wear regular underwear and i had to opt for the not too sexy nude shorts but they did infact hold everything in the right place.
The best way to judge it is to go try on M.S. Dresses in your area in a similar style or download the size chart from the website it is very accurate to the actual size of the dress.

Thanks for the info. I just need to figure out which Maggie size chart to use for this gown. There is a size chart for anything after the 2005 Porsha collection and one prior. I need see when this gown came out originally to determine which size chart applies. Thanks

I have already been getting prices and its $450 new. They have called me and told me it was discontinued. Just let me know.

Chrissy O bridal has the Misha gown ( just 1) in light gold size 12. I was about to buy it but I found one brand for just about the same price and they got back to me quicker. I actually found a brand new Maggi S Misha in size 12 BRAND NEW on clearance at a bridal store in Pennsylvania for $299!! That`s a SUPER deal! Unfortunately, a customer walked in and bought it before I could get purchase it online this past weekend. I do know this gown must be very hot if so few women are willing to sell their gowns after they`ve worn them. Good luck on your search- I hope that helps.
