Couture Xiomara Gown

It is brand new and has never been worn or altered. It is a size 10. The dress is empire cut and is covered with detail. The top has Swarovski crystals with small swirl stitch detail. The entire skirt is covered large stitched swirl/floral designs and flows beautifuly to the floor. It is a beautiful gown! It has the original price tag of $7,100 still on the dress. I am willing to go as low as $900.
