Oleg Cassini CV008

Yes, there was an Oleg Cassini veil and tiara to match the dress. The tiara is gold, to match the gold metallic thread in the dress and it has colored crystals to match the colors in the dress. The veil was ivory and had gold edging and a light dusting of crystals. If I remember correctly it also had a subtle floral pattern along the gold edge trim. The ensemble was beautiful! My daughter gave up on the tiara and we bought another one that she likes better anyway, but I sure wish we could find the veil. The veils in the stores just don`t compare ... And the custom veils are so expensive.

I am wearing this dress this fall and I was thinking about having the bridesmaids wear burgundy. Does anyone have pictures of the dresses that their bridesmaids wore? I am having a little trouble with the colors. If you do please e-mail them to nparent6001@earthlink.net Thanks ladies!

Mamie -- if you cannot find the original Oleg Cassinni tiara you should check with Anne Hoover at Bridal Images. It`s an ebay store and I saw pictures of one she had that was a fantastic match for the dress. By the time I found out she had it my daughter had already chosen something else. The colors and pattern was a GREAT match for the dress and the price was really good. I have bought other items from her and her things are extremely nice. Her store has a feedback rating of something like 99.8% or something. I highly recommend them. Good luck!

Aurelie -- what sort of service or process did you use to preserve your dress? And if you don`t mind, can I ask how much it cost? My daughter is getting married soon (same dress - beautiful!) and we want to preserve her gown and accessories. We`re just now getting to the point of talking about preserving the dress so I`m looking for info. Thanks!

When do you need the tiara?

My daughter has chosen this dress and it`s beautiful- does anyone have ideas on the flower girl dress - looking for next year size 3T. If you have any reception decoration that tie in with the the dress and want to sell those my daughters weding is June 2008.

I have this dress in a size 6 (would fit a size 4 - very easy to take in or let out, definitely plus in this dress) I also have matching bridesmaid dresses. I too fell in love with this dress and bought it a little too early - and now I can`t fit into it! It has never been worn and I have pictures. I found the matching mini bride dress on line for 175.00 - it is not from David`s but it is a copy. I can`t remember the web site but it is out there.

I am new to this site I found it while looking for the oleg cassini cv008 dress. I need a size 8 in the dress, I am also looking for the tiara, veil, and purse if anyone still has them and is willing to part with them. Any help would be appreciated since I am trying to plan a wedding while still in college.

My local David`s Bridal has the dress marked down to 599 in a size 4. Perhaps you might want to have it altered to a lace-up back?

Also - the tiara can still be found at a few David`s Bridal locations. It`s still 99.99 at DB. But I ordered it a weeks ago from Louisiana (985-639-0333), and I was told the Albany GA store (229-420-8823) and the McCollum, TX store (956-682-5151) may still have it.

The Mishawaka, IN. Store has a size 8 on the rack for $599.00 - I just saw it last week. My daughter has this dress for her wedding in a 14.
