Help! Wedding In Dartmouth/Halifax, Sept 200y

Hiya, my wedding date is sept 22, 2007 and i have always dreamed of having an outside ceremony. I know that you can book parks (dartmouth common, the dingle etc) but wanted to hear from some people that have had/been to outside september weddings in halifax. Trying to remember if it is chilly that time of year. Is it hard to arrange chair rental and setup/teardown of chairs? i have about a hundred guests, including bridal party

I have my hall booked for reception and they can do ceremony too, but people would have to sit at their pre-set dinner tables for ceremony and that just seems weird/wrong. Does anyone have any inside non-church suggestions?
