Bat Mitzvah Broadway

We have the same idea for our daughter`s Bat Mitzvah in May 2007. Decorations are not as puzzling as how to make the entertainment more interesting. We have a DJ and we have access to a screen and projector, so we might use those to show clips from movie musicals, but we`re trying to figure out how to make it more interactive than just watching the scenes. Anyone have ideas? Thanks in advance!
