Ocotober 2007 Wedding

Hello! I am getting married in the fall of 2007, (hopefully October) in the small town of Waynesville NC. I was wondering about catering prices, flowers, and other related wedding items.. We are on a limited budget and I want to make this a SMALL WEDDING! WHat can I do to make this a dressy affair but still affordable?!?
