Seeking "Custom Made Dress" Advice

Hello!
I am looking for some opinions regarding online wedding shops who make custom "designer inspired" wedding dresses. Does anyone have experience or have ordered a dress from them? I am looking for a company with very personal service and exceptional quality. Is there such a company?!
