Nascar Wedding

I too have just become engaged. My fiance is an avid Nascar and NHRA fan. I would like to have some information on having a Nascar or NHRA themed wedding. This will be the second wedding for both of us. What about the wedding dress? Any suggestions on the cake, rings, etc? My Mom planned my first wedding so I`m new to this. Do not know where to start.
